Modes

MANUAL — Motor follows the handwheel directly. Turn to move the pole.

AUTO — Motor sweeps back and forth automatically. Turn the handwheel to adjust sweep speed.
Settings: Sweep length — handwheel drives the motor to one edge of the sweep; the arc width is derived from that position.

ROCK — Motor oscillates slowly over a small arc. Turn the handwheel to shift the center of oscillation without stopping the movement.
Settings: 1. Width — handwheel drives the motor to one edge of the arc; width is derived from that position. 2. Speed — oscillation speed.

BLE_CONFIG — Motor is stopped. BLE is active — connect from the web UI to read and edit all settings. Short press Mode to exit back to MANUAL.

Entering settings (AUTO and ROCK only)

  1. Hold Mode button for 1.5 s — two beeps, encoder now adjusts the first setting
  2. Short press Mode button to advance to the next setting (if any) — one beep
  3. Short press Mode button past the last setting to exit — three beeps

Settings are saved when you switch modes.

BLE settings UI

  1. Hold Mode button for 1.5 s from MANUAL — two beeps, BLE advertising starts
  2. Open this page in Chrome on Android
  3. Tap Connect and select Rencoder from the picker
  4. All settings load into the form — edit values and tap Save for each section
  5. Short press Mode button to exit BLE_CONFIG — three beeps, returns to MANUAL

Rotation limit

If the pole reaches the travel limit the motor stops and the buzzer beeps. Press Mode to reset and resume.
